September is National Self-Care Awareness Month! A whole month dedicated to the opportunity to spread information about the philosophy of self-awareness, the conscious experience of one’s personality or individuality. Being self-aware means recognizing your consciousness or person’s awareness of their environment, body, and lifestyle. We want to challenge you to commit to tracking your self-care this month. Put yourself on the top of your To-do list and try your best to do at least one thing each day to help you feel cared for.
