As the number of Provider profiles grow on our site, we wanted to give an overview of the benefits...

1) SEO ranking for your own websites - Our website authority score with Google, linking to your sites/ improves your own search engine ranking

2) SEO ranking for your CareAvailability.com profiles- Having a profile with updated information and a link to your page increases the chances of ranking higher on Google searches (with pictures, videos, description, website and social media links, common areas, amenities, etc- rather than simply name/address/phone.)

3) A Sales Follow up tool for Leads- Sending your profile link to a family member after a tour as a follow up for them to see availability, view images, contact form, description, etc.

4) A Community Outreach Tool- Sending profile links to referral sources for up to date marketing information and availability.

5) As a Regional Marketing Outreach Tool- Grouping your communities into a “My List” and sharing that full list of the communities you own. This allows referral sources to view at a glance all of your communities on one screen with current details, amenities, and availability.

6) Competitor relations/referrals- Using CareAvailability to help seniors that you are not able to serve. Creating a list of other services that could be a good referral, and sending the referral through CareAvailability helps you track when you refer to someone else and lets multiple partners know the referral was sent by your team.

7) A Sales Management Tool- Regionals can view their “list” to see what and how recently communities are using CareAvailability.com and updating. It is easier to manage a process when every community is using the same tools (onboard every community in the company, demo can be scheduled).
