ChatBot Update - helping users find Providers as easily as possible

As mentioned last month, we're finalizing a comprehensive ChatBot to be installed on the site in just a few weeks. This will become a key feature for families to find care and connect with Providers as easily as possible.

Visitors will be able to ask the ChatBot direct questions to quickly determine the type of care they need. They can then provide their city and state, and the ChatBot can send them directly to a search in their area to find the available services needed. Users will also be able to type in Provider names and cities to be taken directly to Provider profile pages - meaning maximized exposure and traffic for Providers.

We're excited to keep facilitating the user to provider experience, and to make this connection as direct as possible. Remember, there are no referral fees, and we list Provider's DIRECT phone numbers.
