Monthly Marketing Update- October 2025

Case Management Week is October 12th-18th! Our Retirement Connection team is coordinating with local Providers to deliver a small “Thank You” for Case Management Week coming up October 12th-18th. We have worked with hospitals from Everett, WA to Medford, OR to assist Case Management staff with communication to providers that wish to participate. Typically, providers donate items valued less than $10/each or individual snacks to recognize the hard work of local case managers. Thank you to everyone who is participating this year! More Information

Retirement Connection is more than a print guide. We email you this newsletter each month to keep you up to date, post community events, coordinate resource fairs, facilitate introductions, post when there are job changes among providers, post real-time availability online, and so much more. As you plan your 2026 budgets, I hope you see the value we bring and want to support Retirement Connection in your community.

Last but not least, please join us next Tuesday, October 7th, on zoom for our Transitions of Care meeting!

Nugget Of Knowledge
"Complaining about a problem without proposing a solution is called whining."
~ Teddy Roosevelt

It is frustrating to watch a game when the players on the field aren’t communicating. Coaches can provide a framework and training, but ultimately, it’s the individual players who must move the ball down the field. The same principle applies to our work. As managers and leaders, we’re often asked to step in, but real progress comes when each person takes ownership. Bringing forward not just the problem, but also possible solutions- this is what elevates you from being a spectator to being a true player on the team.
