Monthly Marketing Update- November 2025

Last month we celebrated Case Management Week and more than 200 providers from Everett, WA to Medford, OR helped deliver goodies as a thank you to case managers at 27 hospitals. We continue to hear from many managers about how appreciative their staff was and how much it meant that providers took the time to express their gratitude and recognize their hard work.

It is budget season for many of us. Have you included Retirement Connection in your budget for 2026? The earlier you reserve ad space, the more payments you can spread your billing out. Plan ahead for flexible billing, preferred ad placement, increased web traffic, and participation in networking events.

The “Transitions of Care” meeting’s goal is to improve communication between case management and community providers, especially related to readmissions and start of care following a hospital visit.

You can now make bulk edits to your listings with greater ease- saving time and simplifying the process of keeping your information up to date. This upgrade is especially beneficial for providers managing multiple listings, making it faster and more efficient to update all your locations at once.

Additionally, you can now access detailed stats for your communities, giving you valuable insights to track engagement and performance. From your dashboard, you can view analytics showing how many visitors you’ve had, how often your mobile call button has been used, and how many link clicks your listings have received.

We’ve also introduced a new chatbot feature to help families get answers to their questions quickly and easily. This tool enhances the user experience by providing instant support and ensuring families can connect with the right information about your communities.
