Puget SoundMonthly Marketing Update- March 2026
Tomorrow we are hosting our 2nd webinar on Digital Marketing. In January we hosted the first, and the response was so positive with more than 100 attendees, we saw a need and are now making this an ongoing educational series, hosted every odd month. I hope you can join us and find it helpful to navigate the changing Digital Marketing landscape.
March is the month my team gets ready for our work "marathon." In the next couple of months we have a crazy schedule: 2 editions of Retirement
Connection go to the printer, the Alzheimer's Association Memories in the Making Gala, 2 major Release Parties, 3 other large supporting events, 2 national conferences, resource fairs, a few regional conferences, and still attending all the normal day-to-day tasks and network meetings. We hope to connect with you along the way!
Exciting news for Puget Sound, the Guide is laid out and my team is making final edits. Meghan will be emailing the final "grids" to everyone in senior living and home care this week, so please double check all your data for accuracy. The newest edition hits the streets April 1st! Save the dates and join us for the two largest networking events of the year:
Retirement Connection Puget Sound Release Party Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Tacoma After Party Thursday, May 7th, 2026 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Our redesigned homepage is now live, built to help families find the right care faster while giving providers greater visibility.
What’s New: National partner logos are now featured directly on the homepage, connecting families to multi-location providers with dedicated landing pages. We also moved the educational articles for each senior living and care service to the home page, making it easier for families to navigate options and
to increase visibility across search engines and AI answer tools. These are just a few of the upgrades- take a look...

"Hearing is listening to what's said. Listening is hearing what isn't said" ~ Simon Sinek
The difference between passively receiving words and actively tuning into what someone means, needs, or feels. I often struggle not to chime in with a response, even when I'm genuinely listening, because I want to add value. But I've learned that sometimes the only thing someone needs is to feel heard - not solved, not advised, just heard. Real understanding requires mutual exchange - both people genuinely absorbing what's being said and what is NOT. When we do that, we finally notice the hesitation, the shift in tone, the topic they keep circling back to. That's where breakthrough moments happen.
