Puget Sound
Monthly Marketing Update- March 2025

The past month has been crazy busy as we wrap up the printing of the next edition, which will hit the streets on April 2. Our full team is excited about the growth of the print guide with new sponsors and the increased traffic on CareAvailability.com. We have been busy little bees—Becky from our team has called every listing to confirm accuracy; Meghan worked many late hours to confirm last-minute ad changes; and Barret has been everywhere, all the time, all at once, focused on the growth. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone at the Release Party on April 23 (details below) and in Tacoma at the "after party" on May 22. These events bring a huge turnout of referral sources and provide a great opportunity to network with a few hundred of your colleagues in one room.

Last month, we added ALL sponsors to CareAvailability.com, including Support and Referral services. Many sponsors still need to add photos, videos, descriptions, and their brochures to their Premium profiles, but online traffic to these services is growing nicely. Additionally, on the site, we have seen that many families are unsure where to begin and need more support navigating levels of care. We recently added a helpful "Not sure where to start" quiz on the homepage in an effort to help families better search for the appropriate level of care. Please check out these new features.

Sponsors: Don’t forget to post your events on RetirementConnection.com. We include events for professionals in these newsletters, and it is a great way to ensure there are fewer conflicts with other events when you plan ahead.

Nugget Of Knowledge

"Tough times don't last. Tough teams do." ~ Robert Schuller

Lately, I have been reading a lot about honey bees and hive mentality. An individual bee is somewhat fragile with a short lifespan—maybe 20-60 days. Collectively, they support a hive that could last years and years. The individual bees are mortal and depend on each other to survive. The interdependence makes the sum far greater and tougher than the individual. It is more important that the community is strong, not just one bee. The same is true in any team.
