Last month, we held the case management resource fair at Rogue Regional, and we have events at Providence Medford and Three Rivers coming up soon (details below). We’re also working to schedule a small event at Mercy Hospital in Roseburg—stay tuned for updates.

Our SONAR (Southern Oregon Networking and Referral) meeting continues to see strong attendance, with around 50 people joining us each month. Please help spread the word and invite your referral sources and team members to attend as well, especially those in the Grants Pass area.
