Mid-Willamette Valley
Monthly Marketing Update- April 2024

At Retirement Connection, our team strives to be a leader and a catalyst in the communities we serve. Our values are: Integrity, Quality, Retention, Community, and Volunteerism. Last month our full team was around to contribute to the success of The Alzheimer’s Association's Memories in the Making Gala. I serve as the event chair, Erin serves on the planning committee, and every team member volunteers and donates.

This newsletter to keep everyone informed, our Release Party, all of the event postings on RetirementConnection.com, resource fairs at local hospitals, CareAvailability.com website, all are only possible because of our sponsors. Advertising is the thing we “have to do” that helps fund all the things “we get to do”. Retirement Connection Guide is a community resource paid for by the generous support of our advertisers, but the print guide is only a small part of our work. Thank you to everyone in the community who shares the guides with your clients, and to the many advertisers that already committed to their ad space for the next edition. Your partnership makes everything we do possible.

Most Important Update- Last month, we hosted a Sponsor Happy Hour and decided together that we will be bringing back the Release Party! So mark your calendars for October 23rd @ Willamette Heritage Museum for the biggest networking event in the valley!

Nugget Of Knowledge

“Sometimes it is the people no one can imagine anything of who do the things no one can imagine.” – Alan Turing

When I want to impact change positively, sometimes I focus too much on the big things and trying to move a mountain. Often the biggest impacts are achieved with small incremental movements... Listening when I wanted to talk, sitting still when I wanted to run, sharing emotions when I wanted to hide them, and encouraging others rather than doing it myself.
