Monthly Marketing Update- October 2023
Case Management Week is October 8th! Our team is very excited to have been able to coordinate with so many providers in the community this month to support hospital case managers. We are coordinating the case management week for more than 1,000 case managers at 50 hospitals from Everett, WA to Medford, OR. Typically more than 150 providers in several cities donate items valued less than $10/each to recognize the hard work of local case managers. Thank you to everyone who is participating this year!
Retirement Connection is more than a print guide. We email you this newsletter each month to keep you up to date, post community events, coordinate resource fairs, facilitate introductions, post when there are job changes among providers, post real-time availability online, and so much more. The goal of this meeting is to improve communication between case management and community providers. This ZOOM call provides thirty minutes of engagement with hospital case management staff, followed by 15 minutes of provider discussion if needed.
